Job Description
Job Description 40-60/hr The Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Analyst will support our media client's Technology Assurance and Compliance team during a large-scale recovery planning initiative. This individual will be responsible for reviewing recovery questionnaires, analyzing data, identifying gaps, tracking progress across more than 200 technology recovery plans, and ensuring teams complete required compliance deliverables. The role will partner with engineers, managers, and senior executives to gather information, validate responses, provide status reporting, and drive tasks to completion. This person will spend a significant amount of time working in LogicGate and Excel, reviewing documentation, creating reports, tracking overdue items, communicating with stakeholders, and helping convert recovery questionnaires into formal technology recovery plans. https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- 4+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Compliance, Governance, Risk, Business Operations, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data validation, and reporting
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to review data, identify inconsistencies, and ask probing questions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable interacting with both technical teams and executive-level stakeholders Experience tracking projects, actions, or compliance-related deliverables
- Experience with Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Compliance, Audit, Risk, or Governance initiatives
- Experience using LogicGate or similar GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) tools
- Experience creating executive-facing reports and status updates Experience supporting large-scale technology or operational programs
