Job Description Description PeaceHealth is seeking an IS Business Analyst Clinical - Pharmacy for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. If relocation to Ketchikan is an obstacle, please apply and indicate this! We'd love to partner on a creative solution! The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $36.83 - $55.25. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. Job Summary Responsible for maintaining information/data systems, works with key stakeholders for System wide initiatives, system upgrades, implementation of software and assisting to define business needs for the design/development of software. Applies knowledge of clinical process flows, clinical practices and needs in work. Essential Functions Troubleshoot issues, test software, make modifications, implement upgrades, assist in the identification of software needs and provide user guidelines and training. Maintains data, develops, documents, and generates reports, maximize system capabilities for tracking and reporting on information. Acts as primary resource for delivery of technology needs and the translation of those need to information technology systems, researching solutions and redirecting as needed. Work with System IT Caregivers, key stakeholders and Vendors as needed to maintain, upgrade, install new or replace software, hardware, etc. as needed. Analyzes structure and workflow through unit, recommends changes that optimize data integrity and use of information technology. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Associate Degree Required:

May function as a Pharmacy Buyer or Pharmacy Technician Lead on a limited as needed basis. Must meet the minimum requirements of those jobs Working Conditions Consistently operates computer and other office equipment. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work. Predominantly operates in an office environment. Some time spent on site in medical/hospital setting. Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
