Drives standardization, pipeline readiness, and continuous improvement to improve win rates, cycle time, and scalability across the healthcare portfolio. Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of healthcare services, compliance, and commercial risk. Strong facilitation, influence, and executive communication skills. Proven ability to resolve ambiguity and drive decisions under pressure.

Managed healthcare RFPs from intake through submission

Coordinated cross-functional proposal teams

Written executive proposal responses

Supported bids involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare logistics

Minimum of four (4) years experience in Marketing or related field. Prior experience in healthcare industry is preferred. Essential Duties Set standards for healthcare RFP governance, execution, and performance measurement.

Oversee complex, high-value, or high-risk healthcare bids across regions and operating companies.

Maintain and enhance standardized RFP templates, solution archetypes, vendor and lane databases, and risk logs.

Partner with Sales on pipeline readiness, ensuring early initiation of MSAs and Quality Agreements.

Analyze RFP performance metrics (cycle time, rework, escalations, win/loss drivers) and drive process improvements.

Provide leadership updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Coach and mentor Deal Coordinators to build bench strength and consistency.

Location details:

The preferred location for this hybrid position is Memphis, TN. However, we will consider candidates based elsewhere within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Candidates residing within 50 miles of a FedEx campus will be required to work on-site at a FedEx location several times per week. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, marketing or related field. In lieu of a degree, nine (9) years of practical experience may offset education requirements. Minimum Experience Minimum of five (5) years' experience in marketing or proposal development. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
