Job Description PG&E Telecommunications Modernization Program (via Insight Global Consulting) We are seeking a Project Analyst to support a large-scale telecommunications and network modernization program within a utility environment. This individual will work closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, external vendors, and stakeholders to support planning, governance, coordination, and execution of multiple workstreams. Responsibilities

•  Support program planning, roadmap development, and execution activities
•  Track project dependencies, risks, issues, and key milestones across workstreams
•  Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
•  Document decisions, action items, and program deliverables
•  Assist with governance processes, reporting, and status updates
•  Partner with Program Managers and Project Managers to ensure alignment across initiatives
•  Maintain project documentation, schedules, and implementation plans
•  Support vendor and stakeholder coordination efforts Qualifications
•  3+ years of Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or related experience
•  Experience supporting large-scale programs or infrastructure projects
•  Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
•  Experience tracking project dependencies, risks, and action items
•  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
•  Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Preferred Qualifications
•  Utility, telecommunications, network infrastructure, or technology modernization experience
•  Experience supporting PMOs, program governance, or large transformation initiatives
