Jacobs is seeking a Business Analyst to join us in Energy and Power. This person analyzes, develops and presents options for technology integration into program delivery. Works as collaborative team member to successfully deliver artificial intelligence, real time data and dashboards, as well as complex analysis for client data. Develops, writes, and edits material for technology implementation, options and outcomes to ensure client expectations are met. Analyzes trends and works with management within program. Reviews complex work processes, data and make recommendations for improvements with a proven ability to distill complex business issues into easily understandable terms for a variety of audiences. The selected candidate must have excellent team-player attitude, with ability to consistently demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, mutual respect and accountability to others.

Technical/Functional Responsibilities:

• Organizes data, graphs and other material in a logical format and executes reporting as needed on a regular interval
• Compares data to established norms to verify consistent updates and validity to baseline data
• Reviews published reports, materials and recommends revisions or changes in data, format, or content
• Performs data analysis and organizes data for ease of viewing via software tools 5-7 years' experience as a business or technical analyst with demonstrated work products
• Ability to work in teams and actively participate in making decisions and show problem-solving capabilities
• Capable of analyzing complex issues and evaluating alternatives to achieve quality solutions
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are critical
• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills
• Must have the ability to contribute to a team environment and work across multiple departments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
• Demonstrated knowledge of technical options, systems and artificial intelligence
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Review team deliverables and coordinate feedback from stakeholders
