The Supervisory Program Analyst is responsible for managing work that provides informatics products and solutions that inform Veterinary Services (VS) decision makers; provides tools and strategies for data collection, integration, reporting, and analysis; support scientifically-based projects; provides services and products that require identification, acquisition, processing and maintenance of datasets utilized for analytics.

TIME-IN-GRADE

Current federal employees applying for a promotion opportunity must meet time-in-grade (TIG) requirement of 52 weeks of service at the next lower grade level in the normal line of progression for the position being filled.

FOR THE GS-14 LEVEL

Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-13 level) that may have been obtained in the private or public (local, county, state, Federal) sectors which demonstrates: Communicates with customers, stakeholder, and partners to explain or teach data management principles, collect and document business requirements for data systems, governance structures, data and information compliance, and dissemination of information. Aligning product and service delivery to organizational missions and priorities; and develops and implements solutions aligned to organizational challenges. Working collaboratively with program leaders and stakeholders to identify, develop, and promote management policies. Oversees the development, implementation, and management of data and information for regulatory and scientific systems deployed nationally.
