Group Revenue Management Analyst Position Summary:
The Group Revenue Analyst supports the Meetings & Events (M&E) Revenue Management function for NAM Resorts through group inventory coordination, pricing implementation, reporting, forecasting support, and systems administration. This role works closely with Revenue Management, Sales, and Global M&E teams to ensure accurate group pricing execution, quota management, and operational efficiency across all group business channels. The position focuses on analysis, coordination, and execution of established revenue strategies while supporting the optimization of group performance across resorts.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute group space allocations and pricing strategies established by Revenue Management leadership. Maintain group quotas, pricing structures, promotional offers, and package details within Dynacoll and related systems. Support forecasting and reporting activities through pace analysis, booking trend reviews, and demand tracking. Produce recurring and ad hoc reports related to group performance, inventory utilization, conversion trends, and segment analysis. Monitor inventory usage and assist in identifying over-allocations, underutilized space, and upcoming quota limitations. Support the global M&E quoting process by ensuring timely and accurate pricing implementation and inventory availability. Coordinate with Sales, Commercial Teams, and Global M&E departments to ensure alignment on group availability and pricing execution. Maintain data accuracy across RMPulse, Salesforce Grooper, Dynacoll, and related systems. Assist with booking validation processes and management of shared administrative mailboxes. Support Monthly Business Reviews and forecast cycles through reporting preparation and analytical support. Assist in the implementation and communication of promotional offers and group initiatives. Provide operational support and training assistance for M&E systems and procedures. Escalate system, inventory, or pricing discrepancies to Revenue Management leadership as needed. Conduct ad hoc analyses and administrative support tasks related to group revenue management activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, travel, cruise, revenue management, sales operations, or related analytical roles. Experience with group bookings, meetings & events, or hotel inventory systems preferred. Strong Excel and reporting skills required. Experience with Salesforce, revenue management systems, or hospitality platforms preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial environment. Strong communication and coordination skills.
