Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract position in Deerfield Beach, Florida, working on-site. This role combines system analysis, business analysis, and Identity & Access Management, with a strong focus on SSO and SAML integrations in an automotive industry environment. Responsibilities Design, implement, and support SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect Configure and troubleshoot SAML-based enterprise integrations Work closely with IAM and technical teams Gather and document business requirements Create functional and technical specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories Support UAT and stakeholder communication Troubleshoot critical authentication and integration issues Participate in an on-call rotation Qualifications Required Hands-on experience with SSO, SAML, and Identity Federation Understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, IAM, Active Directory, and LDAP Strong Business Analysis and stakeholder management skills Experience with BRDs, functional specifications, and process documentation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Preferred Azure AD, Okta, or Ping Identity API integrations and Web Services Agile, Jira, and Confluence experience
