AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, employees, delivery personnel, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor access points, verify authorization for entry, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor, vendor, delivery, and vehicle access records. Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when required. Conduct regular and random patrols of residential areas, food and beverage facility grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by location. Report unusual activity, property concerns, and maintenance-related observations in accordance with site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access and support an orderly environment.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
