Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a healthcare-focused team in Florida in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This opportunity is well suited for entry-level candidates who are eager to build experience in business process analysis, reporting, compliance support, and operational coordination. The role centers on reviewing documentation, tracking audit activity, supporting Medicare-related workflows, and helping maintain organized communication across departments. Candidates who are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured environment will be positioned for success.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming correspondence by organizing, uploading, and routing documents through approved SharePoint locations and secure folders.
  • Produce recurring volume and activity reports, highlighting notable patterns, trends, and performance observations for stakeholders.
  • Direct time-sensitive correspondence, issues, and rework items to the appropriate leadership contacts for prompt follow-up.
  • Carry out Medicare billing-related tasks accurately and within required timelines while following regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
  • Review assigned audits on a daily or weekly basis and maintain documentation that supports compliance and operational accuracy.
  • Receive and record inbound communications related to Medicare determinations, ensuring information is documented clearly and sent to the right teams.
  • Apply correct status codes and routing procedures so correspondence reaches the appropriate departments without delay.
  • Monitor departmental activity through regular reporting and contribute to special assignments that support broader business needs.
