Job Summary The IT Business System Analyst I provides application support, business analysis, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with GxP standards and computer system validation requirements. This role collaborates with stakeholders and vendors, supports IT applications, and leverages tools such as ServiceNow, HP ALM, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft 365 to deliver reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities P rovide IT application support with a focus on troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Conduct business analysis to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure computer system validation and compliance with GxP standards. Develop technical documentation including SOPs, user guides, and validation reports. Manage stakeholders and vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery of solutions. Utilize IT tools such as ServiceNow, HP ALM, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft 365. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 1 year of IT application support experience. Strong knowledge of business analysis and requirements gathering. Familiarity with computer system validation and GxP compliance. Proficiency in technical documentation. Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, life sciences, etc.). Exposure to cross-functional IT projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
