Collect, interpret, and present operational data (sales trends, lead conversion, retention rates, CMS compliance metrics) to senior leadership. Develop business models, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to improve profitability and operational effectiveness. Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of the organization, including agent support, client workflow management, and back-office operations. Coordinate with sales teams and administrative staff to resolve operational issues and maintain efficient service delivery. Lead or support operational improvement projects, such as system upgrades, new process rollouts, and efficiency initiatives. Track project milestones, identify risks, and ensure project tasks are completed on time.
