We're looking for a Process Engineer who thrives on solving problems, improving workflows, implementing technology, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. What You'll Do As our Process Engineer, you'll partner with leadership and departments across the company to improve operations through technology and process optimization. Key Responsibilities Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement Develop standardized workflows, procedures, and best practices Lead continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments Create process maps and operational documentation Develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reports using Excel and Power BI Improve project reporting, forecasting, labor productivity, and operational analytics Design and implement workflow automation using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Automate Support technology implementation, software upgrades, and user adoption Train employees on company software and develop training materials Manage technology assets, software licensing, and equipment inventory Collaborate with Operations, Project Management, Estimating, BIM, Purchasing, Accounting, Service, Warehouse, and Executive Leadership QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, business systems, or technology implementation Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience in commercial plumbing, mechanical contracting, or construction Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate Experience with ComputerEase, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms What We Offer Competitive salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Professional development and training Career advancement opportunities Collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth and innovation Why Right Way? $750,000.00 - $900,000.00 per year
