• Position Summary
• Manages analytics, reporting, and data research across functions. Designs and implements new reporting capabilities, delivering targeted analyses and insights for functional partners.
• Major Tasks and Responsibilities
• + Partners with various business areas to understand analytics needs and deliver data-driven insights.

+ Leads analytics, reporting, and research to uncover key findings across business functions. + Manages and mentors a team of business analysts, fostering skill development and business acumen. + Oversees design, testing, validation, and implementation of new reporting options. + Develops and measures key performance indicators for the sales organization. + Drives business intelligence initiatives by developing detailed reports and dashboards using advanced data visualization tools. + Directs voice of the customer data collection, analysis, and vendor relationships. + Advances sales, operations, customer service, and marketing automation initiatives.

• Preferred Qualifications
• + Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, marketing, or a related field. + 5+ years of business analytics or related experience. + Proficiency in business intelligence tools, reporting technologies, and Microsoft Office.
