We're seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Business Analyst to help drive the success and compliance of our pharmacy programs. In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the 340B Program, conduct audits, collaborate with external vendors, and provide valuable financial and operational insights that support both Pharmacy and Finance teams. Responsibilities Manage and monitor daily 340B program activities.

Ensure compliance with HRSA and Office of Pharmacy Affairs regulations.

Serve as the primary auditor for the 340B program and pharmacy rebate programs.

Partner with external 340B vendors to support program success.

Analyze financial and operational pharmacy data.

Support Pharmacy and Finance leadership with reporting and business analysis.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, compliance, and financial performance.
