Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Account Executive for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Riverwoods, IL. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This candidate will be responsible for the onboarding and ongoing support of clients within the operations department, including Issuers, Issuer Processors, Program Managers, and PIN Debit Networks. This role will function as a primary operations contact and trusted advisor, managing client relationships and drivingpliance with network rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for issuers, issuer processors, network-to-network partners, and program managers by researchingplex situations and managing operational relationships

Manage the onboarding of assigned clients and drive ongoingpliance to network rules, regulations, and applicable agreements

Support participants through the release process by managing and coordinating certification and ensuringpliance with operating rules

Work with internal business stakeholders on the identification, investigation, and resolution of acceptance and transaction processing issues

Seek opportunities for improvement within the department and support department-level analytics and reporting tasks

Board new partners onto the network and support local teams to expand services and acceptance foots

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience with Payments, financial services, or related field
• In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience with Payments, financial services, or a related field

Desired skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

Experience with electronic payments in the merchant processing card industry

Experience working with Acquirers, Issuers, Processors, and Gateways

Experience using Salesforce, Teradata, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and Blueworks

Experience troubleshooting, researching, and resolving transaction technical issues

Excellent internal and external clientmunication and management skills

Strong aptitude for planning, presenting, and organization

Ability to understand obligations outlined in program, contract, and technical requirement documents

Strong PCpetency including Google Workspace (Google Sites, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Forms)

Advanced SmartSheet application development and support experience

Strong problem-solving skills

Pay range: $21.89 - $29.89 per hour
