Requirement/Must Have:

8+ years of experience in organizational change management. Experience in OCM leadership within complex insurance or technology transformations. Experience adapting enterprise global change approaches to regional audiences and business context.

Responsibilities:

Perform stakeholder identification analysis, change impact assessment, engagement, and readiness planning. Establish sustainable change practices, artifacts, and governance for eventual client ownership. Establish the regional change foundation and ensure regional people adoption considerations are incorporated into inception planning. Develop initial stakeholder impact, engagement, and readiness considerations to inform regional deep dives. Build a structured change approach and knowledge base that can progressively transition to the organization.
