Job Description
Job Summary:
The Product Analyst is a key member of the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Customer Solutions organization, responsible for partnering with Product Leaders, stakeholders, Technology teams, Operations, and Compliance partners to define, analyze, and deliver business solutions that support SPS products and services. The role focuses on identifying business needs, defining solution requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of key initiatives while balancing operational, regulatory, and customer considerations.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis activities, including developing detailed requirements, documentation, business impact assessments, and future-state solution designs.
- Lead discovery and requirements-gathering efforts to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions.
- Build strong partnerships across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive alignment and ensure partner needs are accurately represented throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support solution delivery through requirements testing, business acceptance validation, implementation readiness, and post-deployment support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Support change readiness and ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate effective decision-making across cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements.
- Strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, process analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting business transformation and solution implementation.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Strong ownership, adaptability, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to evaluate complex business situations and develop practical, scalable solutions.
- Experience working with business, technology, operations, and compliance stakeholders.
- Financial services, equity compensation, or related industry experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting Stock Plan Services, including stock options, restricted stock awards, ESPP, stock appreciation rights, or performance-based equity awards, is a plus.
