Primary Responsibilities and Essential Duties :
Assesses business requirements and translates them to specific IT requirements to deliver business solutions. Applies application patches and upgrades as required in a timely manner. Tests and implements upgrades while providing formal documentation of testing and implementation plan. Provides solutions to new business ideas and concepts using current systems or identifying new technology that are efficient, cost effective, and customer friendly. Manages business system projects as required. Verifies and automates reporting and database changes. Reviews all processes to determine if they are the most efficient and in the correct sequence while maintaining data integrity. Recommends tests and implements changes as required. Troubleshoots application and database issues and resolves or elevates in a timely and professional manner. Performs other duties as assigned.Education, Experience, and Knowledge Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 2+ years in IT environment. Strong communication and computer skills including Microsoft Office Products and SQL Server. Strong analytical skills with excellent customer service skills. Prior work experience with database support relating to applications. Acquires and updates technological skills and competencies as technology changes.Skill Requirements :
