We are seeking a Senior Management Consultant to work with business leaders and project teams on operational, organisational, and business improvement initiatives. The role involves analysing business challenges, developing practical recommendations, supporting implementation, and working directly with stakeholders to help projects move forward. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling several workstreams, presenting findings, and managing client or internal relationships. Key Responsibilities Work with leadership and business teams to understand operational and strategic challenges. Analyse business processes, performance data, and operational information. Develop recommendations based on research, analysis, and business requirements. Prepare project plans, presentations, reports, and management materials. Lead or support consulting projects from initial assessment through implementation. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions with stakeholders. Monitor project milestones, actions, risks, and deliverables. Translate complex information into clear findings and practical recommendations. Work with cross-functional teams to support process and organisational improvements. Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance. Support change initiatives and help teams implement agreed improvements. Maintain clear project documentation and provide regular progress updates. Build effective working relationships with clients, managers, and internal teams. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge and development. Support business proposals, presentations, and other consulting activities as required. Experience and Skills Previous experience in management consulting, business consulting, operations consulting, or a similar role. Experience managing projects or workstreams with multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of business processes and performance improvement. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to work with business data and prepare clear reports and recommendations. Good project planning and time-management skills. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders. Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with process improvement, change management, or organisational projects is beneficial. Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider consulting team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered. Authorization to work in the United States. Pay:

$110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
