You'll review current processes, build improved workflows, migrate the team away from spreadsheets/paper, and train employees so the new system is easy to use and maintain. Contract Assignment What you'll do Implement & configure Knowify (company setup, customers, jobs/projects, proposals, invoices, job costing, etc.) Standardize templates and workflows (proposals/invoices, job setup, estimating, time tracking, billing, job costing) Integrate Knowify with QuickBooks Online Map fields, ensure clean syncing, troubleshoot issues Improve business processes Evaluate current Excel/Word/paper workflows and recommend better, repeatable procedures Train employees + set permissions Train leadership, project managers, admin staff, and field teams based on role Help with field time tracking & scheduling (best practices, approvals, connecting to payroll) Review equipment/vehicle tracking options in Knowify Consider the new Fire Alarm division Review how Inspect Point (billing) fits with QBO + Knowify and recommend a clean process What we're looking for Proven experience implementing Knowify Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and integrations Able to document processes, train different user groups, and work hands-on with a team Masis Staffing is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
