Troy, Michigan job type: Contract salary: $32 - 42 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to define and document functional and non-functional requirements.

Develop process flows, activity diagrams, use cases, and detailed user-interface specifications.

Create high-fidelity mock-ups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using human-centered design principles.

Partner with Product Managers and QA leads to build test strategies, test cases, and requirements traceability matrices.

qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis supporting software/application development projects. 3+ years of dedicated experience in User Experience (UX) design, wireframing, and rapid prototyping. Strong background in mapping business processes, writing use cases, and supporting QA testing coverage.
