Aptiv seeks Cybersecurity Cloud Engineer in Troy, MI.
Duties:
Designs, conducts POCs, tests, implements, and deploys hosting applications and Cloud solutions based on embedded product architecture requirements. Assist the product development teams in identifying the threat scenarios for a product, analyzing the impact and attack feasibility due to risks identified, proposing mitigations, building architecture/design to reduce/eliminate the risks, and building defensive security products. Design and implement cloud-native architectures and designs that will allow requirements to be met with a minimal degree of risk to the organization and with appropriate security control present. Implement security into the embedded products through secure coding and assist with the security testing activities. Research and learn advanced techniques in embedded security and assist in development activities related to APTIV security products such as ADAS, Body Controllers, Gateway, and Radar ECU's. Design and develop security architectures for cloud/hybrid-based systems. Design, implement, and manage on premises and cloud hosting solutions to support the organization's applications and services. Designed and deployed dashboards to monitor server health, critical application services, and site specific production metrics for enhanced operational visibility using Splunk tool. Interfaces with the systems, software, Integrated Test and Validation (ITnV), manufacturing, and penetration testing teams for cybersecurity testing and reviews/approves results. Hosting cybersecurity tools (Protocol Fuzzing, Application Fuzzing, and TARA) in AWS and On-prem environments. Architected a secure AWS EKS platform using terraform, OPA with modular infrastructure(VPC, subnets, manage node groups, IRSA). Integrated SSO solutions with Keycloak and Azure Entra ID for authentication across tools like Splunk and custom applications. Monitor and maintain CTO cybersecurity lab infrastructure to support engineering projects and activities. Participate in designing new architecture for AI/ML applications related to cybersecurity engineering projects.
