Job Description

At CJ Schwan's, we don't just make food — we help create moments that matter. From kids devouring pizza after soccer practice, to students laughing over dumplings in a cafeteria, to families enjoying pie during the holidays, our team members play an important role in bringing those everyday moments to life. Our portfolio includes iconic pizzas, global flavors, and timeless desserts from brands like Red Baron®, bibigo®, Tony's®, Big Daddy's®, Freschetta®, Pagoda®, Edwards® and Mrs. Smith's®. Enjoyed in homes, schools, restaurants and just about everywhere people shop and eat, our products reflect a commitment to quality, innovation, and the power of food to bring people together. We are looking for a strategic Retail Sales Reporting & Analytics Manager (individual contributor) to lead the sales reporting and business intelligence across our Retail business. In this highly visible role, you'll transform ERP, syndicated, customer, and sales data into actionable insights that help senior leaders make smarter decisions, identify growth opportunities, and shape commercial strategy. Partnering closely with Sales, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, Finance, IT, and Commercial Leadership, you'll build scalable reporting capabilities, establish a trusted single source of truth, and foster a data-driven culture that delivers measurable business impact.
What You Will Do:
+ Lead Retail sales reporting and analytics processes, delivering accurate, timely insights that support business performance and decision-making. + Utilize Circana or other syndicated data sources to develop standardized reporting used across Sales, Marketing, and Category Management to uncover key insights and develop strong fact based stories for retailer presentations. + Leverage Power BI or other Automation tools to develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and scorecards that provide visibility to sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities. + Analyze and integrate data from ERP, sales, and syndicated sources to deliver actionable insights for Commercial teams. + Partner with Sales, Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, Finance, and IT to support planning, forecasting, and performance management initiatives. + Improve reporting processes, data quality, and KPI consistency to enhance efficiency and maintain a trusted source of business information. + Communicate insights through effective storytelling and recommendations that help identify opportunities, address risks, and drive business results.
What We Look For:
+ Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred, with 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, category management, shopper insights, or a related analytical role, preferably within consumer-packaged goods. + Strong experience with Circana and syndicated data analysis (Nielsen/Numerator experience a plus), with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights. + Experience developing dashboards, KPI reporting, and analytical tools that support commercial decision-making. + Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and experience combining multiple data sources to support reporting and analytics. + Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics and visualization tools. + Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights.
What We Offer:
The base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $154,000 annually, with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range. Beyond base salary, we offer a competitive Total Rewards package designed to support your overall well-being, including comprehensive health benefits, time off programs, and retirement and financial offerings.
