Job Overview:

SAP Warehouse Management (WM) Functional Consultant to support an active SAP WM implementation partnering with warehouse and supply chain stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective WM configuration and processes. This consultant will lead/support full lifecycle activities including solution design, configuration, testing/UAT, go-live readiness, and post-production stabilization while ensuring smooth warehouse execution (receiving, inventory, storage, and material movement). The ideal candidate is hands-on, execution-focused, strong in troubleshooting and user support, and comfortable mentoring internal team members; food manufacturing/supply chain experience is strongly preferred. SAP Warehouse Management (WM) End-to-End SAP WM Implementations (full lifecycle delivery) WM Testing/UAT + Production Support (troubleshooting, issue resolution) Nice to Have Food manufacturing / food processing / food supply chain experience (large manufacturing or distribution environments) Prior experience supporting large enterprise organizations Experience with knowledge transfer, training, and mentoring (driving user adoption) Strong warehouse process improvement / solution design background (requirements documentation, stakeholder workshops) Some technical awareness (integration touchpoints / basic debugging) without being an ABAP-heavy role Subject matter specialist who will independently maintain, integrate and implement software applications within the organization. In this role, you will conduct strategic software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications. Assist with the strategy and technical planning of system/application technology in accordance with internal and external software compliance standards. Independently analyze business requirements and prepare detailed technical specifications to write applications and programs. Independently perform advanced and highly complex programming, coding and documentation of systems and applications software. Compile and prioritize enhancements and defect resolutions to applications, implementing changes. Independently conduct or advise others in technical software testing and debugging of systems and software applications, as needed. Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.

Qualifications:

5+ years hands-on SAP WM functional consulting supporting warehouse operations (inventory, receiving, putaway/storage, picking/material movement) 2-3+ full lifecycle SAP WM implementations (requirements ? design ? config ? testing/UAT ? go-live ? hypercare/production support) Strong business process / solution design skills; able to translate operational needs into practical WM configuration Proven testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution experience in implementation + production environments Experience training/mentoring users and guiding internal teams; strong knowledge transfer and stakeholder partnership

Preferred:

experience in food manufacturing/processing/supply chain and large enterprise manufacturing/distribution Clear, professional communication and cross-functional collaboration; execution-focused (not heavy ABAP/custom development)
