Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skill
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of Oracle Field Service consulting experience.
- Experience implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of mobile workforce management.
- Experience in field operations and dispatch processes.
- Knowledge of service lifecycle management. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within: o EPC o Infrastructure Construction o Utilities o Energy o Telecommunications o Power Delivery Organizations
- Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP ecosystem.
- Exposure to large-scale enterprise transformation programs. Oracle Skills Required Mandatory

- Strong integration experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Experience supporting large field-service or EPC organizations.
- Proven expertise in workforce optimization, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile field operations.
