Seeking a Business Analyst / Data Analyst with strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience. Gather and analyze business requirements, data, and processes to support business initiatives. Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional/data requirements. Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting using SQL and Excel . Create requirements documentation, process flows, and functional specifications. Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle. Identify data/process issues and provide actionable recommendations.

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. Strong Banking/Financial Services domain experience. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, data analysis, and reporting . Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. Candidates must be able to work W2 within the specified rate range.
