A Day in the Life Own the end-to-end import forecasting process, which includes: delivering and presenting weekly import projections, analyzing performance against plan, and bridging monthly actual results in partnership with key cross-functional stakeholders. Lead the consolidation, validation, and reporting of complex shipping and purchase order data, translating large-scale operational metrics into actionable business insights that support merchandising, inventory, and financial decision-making. Serve as the primary planning partner for import volume forecasting, curating and validating both preseason and in-season merchant forecasts at the class, container, and component level to ensure alignment with business objectives and supply chain capacity. Drive ongoing forecast accuracy through rigorous analysis of key inputs and assumptions, including fill rates, sourcing trends, and operational performance metrics. Collaborate closely with Merchandising Operations, Finance, Transportation, and Senior Leadership to develop quarterly plan updates, support long-range capacity planning, and build strategic 5-year import forecasts. Utilize data-driven insights to identify risks and opportunities, recommend corrective actions, and improve forecast methodologies that enable effective inventory flow, cost management, and operational execution across the organization. Education:
Bachelor's Degree with quantitative coursework
Experience:
