Pay Rates 19.84 USD hourly Requirements for Loader SIV Previous warehouse or loading experience preferred Ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts (certification is a plus) Basic understanding of warehouse processes and shipping procedures Ability to read and interpret load sheets, labels, and basic instructions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Skills for Loader SIV Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work efficiently under time constraints Role for Loader SIV Load merchandise, pallets, and cartons onto trailers in a safe and timely manner Verify shipment accuracy by matching items to load sheets, pick tickets, or manifests Secure loads using straps, bars, or shrink wrap to prevent damage during transit Maintain a clean and organized loading area to ensure a safe work environment Assist with staging, sorting, and scanning of products prior to loading
