Projects may be business process, operational, or systems related in nature. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project completion in accordance with business needs. Participates in user training, change management activities, and project evaluation. Leverages industry and operational expertise to identify process improvement opportunities, enhance controls, and drive operational efficiency. Analyzes business processes, identifies gaps and risks, and recommends solutions that improve service quality, productivity, and operational effectiveness. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience 5-10 years of experience in project management, process improvement, business analysis, or related activities Previous work experience in fund accounting, fund administration, custody administration, or related investment operations environments Preferred Skills/Experience Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant business line or functional area Demonstrated experience supporting or improving operational processes within fund accounting, fund administration, custody, asset servicing, or investment operations organizations Strong understanding of investment operations workflows, controls, data flows, and associated risks Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Advanced knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve exceptions using data-driven approaches Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions Ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement techniques Strong technical skills, including experience with SQL for data extraction, analysis, reporting, and data validation Experience with Python, .NET, Java, or similar programming languages to support automation, application development, and process improvement initiatives Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, Power Query, and complex data analysis techniques Preferred, but not required: experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), Alteryx, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) If there's anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
