Job Description

Role summary Product Analyst / Product Owner for ARC (Analytics and Reporting for Contracting), a suite of Qlik dashboards that provides contracting analytics for Commercial, Medicaid and Government contracting operations. Product Owner across Immunology (IMM), Provider Institutional (INST), Oncology (ONC) and Neuroscience (NS), with Product Analyst support for Payer. Responsible for a portfolio of 68 apps used by 319 active users. Market access responsibilities Provider contracting analytics Contract-review and contracting tools: Rybrevant Faspro (RCT), Lazcluze (LCT), Inlexzo (ICT), and IDN Contract Review, including multi-tier rebate logic and quarterly strategy updates GPO and Physician GPO performance dashboards, IDN, chargeback (CBSS) and rebate self-service reports, and LTC roll-ups Field reports (CROP), KAM, ISP and IMC Super Group reports for Immunology Payer contracting analytics Payer market share and enrollment analytics for ESI, CVS/Zinc and UHG/Optum, including integration of competitive data Payer Performance National and Payer Analyze dashboards: gross-to-net, price/volume/mix (PVM) and sales trends Payer Payment Tracker, which automated a manual Excel process for QBR analytics Medicaid territory alignment and Medicaid dashboard enhancements Compliance and data integrity MFP data exclusion, 340B-related reporting dependencies, and validation of rebate rates and tiers against business reference tables Day-to-day duties and responsibilities Requirements and backlog management Agile delivery and sprint management UAT, release and production support Access, security and governance Stakeholder management
