This is a contract position for a Senior Business Analyst located in Mahwah, New Jersey, with an expected duration of 6+ months. Responsibilities Facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements Influence and guide conversations toward mutually agreed outcomes Communicate information quickly and effectively across teams Actively leverage AI tools to support day-to-day tasks and improve efficiency Collaborate with teams to identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies Capture and manage user stories using Avio/ADIO tools Support fraud-related applications and contribute to process improvements Qualifications Required Excellent communication and articulation skills Experience working in Agile environments Ability to ramp up quickly on new business and technical content Hands-on experience with Avio/ADIO tools for capturing and managing user stories Preferred Experience with fraud applications, including fraud-related workflows in shipping and logistics networks Exposure to packing, shipment tracking, and logistics workflows
