Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic New Jersey DDD Agency Start Up Consultant to lead the development and launch of new Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) agencies within the state. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in management consulting, project management, and process improvement, with a passion for fostering innovative organizational strategies. You will collaborate across multiple teams, engage with executive stakeholders, and utilize your expertise to ensure seamless agency startup operations aligned with state regulations and best practices. Compensation is commensurate with experience and will be determined based on the candidates qualifications, DDD expertise, and the agreed-upon scope of work.
