Design and develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other reporting platforms to visualize key metrics and trends. Conduct data analysis using SQL databases, Excel data analysis techniques, R programming language, Python scripting, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to prepare data for reporting. Support database design efforts by creating logical data models and optimizing query management within SQL Server, Oracle, or Talend environments. Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and maintenance of analytics solutions within Agile frameworks. Develop automated workflows using VBA scripts or Bash (Unix shell) scripts to streamline data processing tasks. Assist in the development of business intelligence strategies by integrating linked data sources and implementing best practices for data visualization and dashboard development. Requirements Proven experience with SQL query management and working with SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle. Strong proficiency in data analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms for reporting and dashboarding. Familiarity with ETL processes and tools like Talend or equivalent for data integration tasks. Technical proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python for advanced data analysis. Knowledge of database design principles and experience designing efficient data models. Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with experience working within Agile methodologies. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into clear insights; strong business analysis capabilities are essential.
