Job Description
Job Summary The Restaurant Store is seeking a highly driven Business Analyst Intern to support strategic, data-informed decision-making across the organization. This paid internship provides hands-on experience equivalent to a full-time business analytics role, offering the opportunity to work with internal software systems, create actionable insights, support cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to the improvement of operational processes. You will collaborate closely with the Business Intelligence team and internal software users to analyze data, solve business problems, and support development of tools that enhance performance across Stores, Warehouses, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other areas of the business. Responsibilities Serve as a front-line resource for internal software system users, helping assess and triage process or system issues, escalating when appropriate. Partner with stakeholders across all business areas to collect, validate, and share insights that support strategic questions and decision-making. Work closely with analysts and internal software users to identify business needs and translate them into feature enhancements or process improvements. Document business requirements, track issues, and communicate software or process changes to stakeholders. Identify gaps and inefficiencies in workflows, providing recommendations to leadership for operational improvements. Participate in company-wide professional development opportunities. Deliver an end-of-internship presentation summarizing key insights, project outcomes, and proposed future opportunities.
