Salary range:
An hourly rate of $25.00 is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience. What You'll Do:
Assist in identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities for the company's growth and success. Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and develop strategic plans. Support the development and presentation of recommendations to senior management based on findings and analysis. Help identify key market trends to inform strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans and initiatives. Assist in monitoring and tracking progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to senior management. Identify potential risks and challenges in executing strategic plans and propose solutions. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and suggest improvements. Stay informed on industry developments and best practices to support strategic decision-making. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. What Do You Need? Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field. Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills. Collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills to summarize insights and communicate findings clearly.
Technology Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools. Familiarity with business intelligence tools and software (e.g., PowerBI). Familiarity working with Generative AI tools. Familiarity with a programming language such as Python, R, or SQL is preferred but not required. Familiarity with AI and automation tools that support productivity, workflow efficiency, and client engagement. Customers Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
