Minimum Experience Six (6) years of experience in a minimum of four (4) of the following areas: application architecture/design, application software development, application support, application maintenance, BI technologies, business area expertise, communications planning/development/ execution, data backup/protection strategies development/execution, data strategies/implementation, data warehousing techniques, database design/implementation, disaster recovery/business continuity planning, ETL design/development, process evaluation/improvement, project monitoring/control, project planning/scheduling, prototype/wireframe development, requirements elicitation/management, server configuration/maintenance including hardware/system software/applications, short-burst training video design/development, software test plan development/execution, system performance monitoring, technical documentation development, technical support-hardware/software/network issue resolution, user interface/user experience design, user documentation development, or user research. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, and planning and organizing abilities. Exceptional collaboration skills when working with team members, business areas, systems users, and technical developers.
