Implementation Consultant is accountable for:

Provide subject matter expert- level design consultation, in the translation of customer requirements and processes, to a supportable solution and Technology configuration. Prepare and deliver program documentation, including but not limited to: Kick Off Presentations, Reporting, Surveys, Quick Reference Guides, Program Manual, Program Requirements Design Lead client Discovery Sessions from a business process, technology, and data perspective. Document future state Business Process and Technology Configuration requirements to successfully implement solution delivery and drive on time program launch. Manage responsible Project workstream and execute all deliverables & milestones accordingly Leading new and evolving client programs through periods of change by developing and deploying clear and efficient communication plans.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

Large-scale program or project implementation experience Able to apply change management methodology to a diverse set of projects and stakeholders to drive sustainable transformation. Flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity. Willing to address sensitive or politically charged issues with professionalism and urgency. Ability to integrate quickly and contribute to a team environment.

Base compensation range:

$73,875-$98,500 annually. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
