Qualified Business Analysts should have:

3 to 7 years of Business Analysis expertise, preferably in highly regulated sectors Hands-on experience with financial or related software platforms A strong capability to interpret business workflows independently Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders A professional, detail-conscious demeanor focused on precise project deliverables Locality in or around Lancaster, with comfort working in a hybrid setting up to 3 days in office.
