Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to support their accounting team. This individual will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Responsibilities Process high-volume vendor invoices
Verify invoice accuracy and obtain approval for payment
Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
Research and resolve vendor discrepancies
Reconcile vendor statements
Maintain organized accounts payable records
Assist with month-end closing activities Qualifications 1+ years of accounts payable experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with ERP/accounting software preferred
