Hybrid work schedule:

In-office requirement. SUMMARY Responsible for providing day-to-day procedural guidance to current management and office software applications, as well as implementation support for new software applications. Oversees software utilization requirements, and the development, testing, and implementation of new features. Also, responsible for maintaining business systems data integrity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Gathers data, analyzes requirements and documents specifications for new system processes and enhancements; Identifies and researches system problems for root cause. Analyzes and provides sound business solutions; Work closely with customers, business managers and application programmers to define future system needs; Builds thorough test plans and conducts system tests to verify that the system and screens contain accurate information; identifies and resolves problems where appropriate; Reviews and analyzes user requests for business system enhancements. Determines the long and short term impact on workflow, reporting and programming requirements; Acts as resource to provide guidance to system users and/or application programmers; Trains users in proper utilization of business systems, including providing written procedures; Acts as liaison between external customers, system users and Information Technology staff; Works directly with application programmers to define the steps required to develop or modify computer programs; Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information); Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
