Advises on ways to improve operations, increase efficiency, reduce costs and increase revenues; may recommend systems or organizational change. Works with business management analysts; frames problems for business clients, and develops plans to address inefficiencies.
We're looking for a mid-level ERP Consultant (3-5 years of experience) to join our core team. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to implement, configure, and support our ERP platform, partner with our development team on integrations, and help clients adopt best practices that improve their manufacturing operations. Prior SYSPRO experience isn't required: strong ERP implementation experience with any platform is welcome, and we'll train you on our specific tools. This is a hybrid role based out of our Orange County office, with some onsite and remote client work as engagements require.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support ERP implementations for mid-market manufacturing clients, from requirements gathering through go-live Configure and troubleshoot ERP modules and workflows to fit client business processes Support and advise on system integrations connecting the ERP to other platforms (e.g., e-commerce, CRM) Extend and customize functionality to meet client needs Provide ongoing client support, diagnosing issues and delivering timely resolutions Document business processes, configurations, and training materials for clients Collaborate with our internal development team on custom application projects Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, translating technical detail into business impact
Qualifications:

Manage database systems including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL databases like MongoDB, ensuring optimal performance and security. Provide technical troubleshooting support during implementation phases and post-deployment to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in software development, system design, and enterprise solutions implementation within complex IT environments. Expertise in application development using languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Ruby on Rails, VBA or Shell Scripting for automation and scripting tasks. Deep understanding of systems engineering principles including microservices architecture, SOA integration patterns, system hardening techniques and vulnerability management. Familiarity with enterprise database management systems including Microsoft SQL Server Ability to analyze business requirements thoroughly and translate them into technical specifications for system design and configuration management. Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams in Agile environments while managing multiple project timelines.
