Burnett Dairy Cooperative is growing and actively hiring a Manufacturing Business Analyst to join its team in either the Grantsburg or Wilson, WI (54027) office. This newly created Business Analyst role offers a hybrid schedule, high visibility across the organization, cross-functional influence, and hands-on ownership of ERP manufacturing systems within a regulated food manufacturing environment. Partnering with Manufacturing, Operations, Planning, Quality, and IT, you will drive process improvements, optimize ERP performance, enhance data accuracy, implement system enhancements, and support users to improve operational efficiency and business results. Burnett Dairy Cooperative is a farmer-owned cooperative based near Wilson, Wisconsin 54027. Founded in 1896, Burnett is one of the few remaining full-service cooperatives producing cheese today.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the functional owner of the ERP manufacturing system, managing production-related modules, master data, system configuration, and ongoing optimization Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, Planning, Quality, and IT to support production activities, resolve system issues, and ensure data accuracy, traceability, and compliance Lead ERP enhancements, upgrades, testing and implementations while identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and operational efficiency Train and support ends users, develop documentation and training materials, and drive ERP adoption through ongoing coaching and troubleshooting Analyze production and inventory data, monitor key transactions, and implement process improvements that enhance scheduling, reporting, inventory control, and overall business performance

Requirements:

Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field; equivalent experience accepted 5-7 years of business systems experience within regulated manufacturing environments, including at least 3 years of hands-on ERP/manufacturing systems (food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or similar) experience ERP/manufacturing systems experience Ability to work hybrid schedule with initial full-time onsite presence during onboarding, transitioning to 3 days onsite and 2 days remote Ready to take ownership of a manufacturing ERP system and make a direct impact on operational excellence?
