THE HIGH LEVEL
The Partner Alliance Coordinator will help scale and manage our partner ecosystem. Responsible for screening inbound partner requests, onboarding new partners, and serving as an operational point of contact for a broad base of partners that support day-to-day revenue generation. Within a highly performing Alliances organization, this role is critical to ensure our partner ecosystem is efficient, well-governed, and easy to do business with. Ideal candidate would be a recent college graduate who will gain early exposure to leading technology companies, internal sales and technical leadership, and the mechanics of how a large IT Systems Provider builds and manages strategic partnerships.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective technology partners entering our ecosystem helping build and maintain working level relationships across partner organizations (sales, channel, marketing, and technical teams) Help drive the screening and qualification of new partner requests based on strategic fit, capability, and market relevance Manage the supplier onboarding process end-to-end (intake, documentation, internal alignment, approvals, system setup) Maintain supplier records including oversight, reporting, and corrective actions that align to defined ISO and compliance standards. Manage and maintain OEM reseller agreements (intake, documentation, internal alignment, approvals, capture of deliverables, and ensure compliance with stated requirements). Act as a day-to-day operational contact for transactional partners (routing questions, resolving issues, guiding processes). Maintain and track partner records across internal systems (CRM, partner portals, etc.) Support ongoing operational requirements of the Alliances team (reporting, meeting prep, follow-ups) Help enforce governance, consistency, and scalability across a large partner base Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve partner experience Other duties as assigned

High School plus 2-3 years of experience Recent College Graduate with Internship experience in operations, supply chain, consulting, or tech is highly preferred Exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or data management Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously Process-oriented mindset Requires 5% travel This is a hybrid role based in Annapolis, MD
