This individual will be required to develop and manage distribution and tracking of project management support documentation, attend meetings, accurately manage project archives and develop various reports and presentations as needed. Individual will require successful attainment of a government clearance and must possess strong computer, problem solving, research, and written and verbal communication skills.Location :
Work is performed on site but allows for some remote/work at home. The on-site work is at 28 Jacome Way, Middletown, RI, and/or the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport.Work Schedules :
Flexible work schedule options are also available. If desired, employees may partake in SAIC's 9/80 schedule to have every other Friday off or a 4/10 schedule if desired not to interfere with primary job duties.Growth :

Develop, review, and/or format Microsoft Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations and other documents to support government contract deliverables. Manage, develop, and track project status, budgets, and schedules. Serve as a liaison between design teams, production teams, and government customers. Apply industry practices to solve problems to complete tasking. Use developed mechanisms to monitor project progress, identify issues and recommend solutions. Take and distribute meeting minutes. Track and monitor new and ongoing program activities. Work with staff from different disciplines, including management, engineering, procurement, logistics, and production to complete tasks. Research historical project data, regulations, requirements, processes, and policies and summarize findings. Bachelor's degree in business (or other organization/technical field) and three (3) years of experience; years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. DoD Experience. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Desire to be part of a well-established but expanding team that values and rewards quick learning, proactivity and Team-First mindsets. MS Office proficiency including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.Clearance Requirement:
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
