The Project Management Business Analyst creates project management processes and templates to support consistent project delivery. This requires an understanding of standard project management processes such as a waterfall, stage gate process as well as Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum. The PM BA will be an advocate for project management best practices and be able to coach project managers and technical leaders on the value of processes and templates. The Project Management BA will continuously refine and evolve processes and templates based on feedback from the organization and observations on what drives effective and predictable delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5 - 7 years of project management experience executing projects as well as experience as part of a Project Management Office, creating centralized processes. Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations are Salisbury, NC and Quincy, MA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Create and maintain templates for key project management artifacts. Create and maintain SOP's for project management processes. Review and audit project deliverables across the portfolio for adherence to standards and minimum quality levels. Participate in solution reviews, testing support, and requirement validation. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve solution usability.
Qualifications:
"])self.__next_f.push([1," Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience. 5+ years of project management experience. Experience as a member of an Enterprise PMO. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Intermediate to advanced experience with Clarity, PowerBI, SharePoint and Atlassian Tools. General understanding of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile scrum, SAFe.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting technology-enabled process improvements. PMP, SAFe Agilist or CSM preferred.

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range:
$106,480- $159,720 Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
