Senior Business Analyst - Remote#26-08148 New York, NY New York, NY Minneapolis, MN Onsite Contract Starts 8/21/2026 Ends 11/20/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a remote contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Minneapolis, MN, New York, NY and Charlotte, NC. This role will support the development of a trusted, reusable Compensation Data Module in Microsoft Fabric. The position will focus on requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, delivery coordination, and documentation for highly sensitivepensation data, supporting automated reporting and future AI-enabled capabilities. Team hubs are located in Minneapolis, MN and Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
Consult onplex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management Review and analyzeplex, multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges Contribute to the resolution ofplex situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, andpliance requirements Partner with business and Tech teams to define requirements for building a MS Fabric data store and semantic models Oversee requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, backlog management, meeting facilitation, testing coordination, and cross-functional dependency tracking Create and manage documented business requirements, prioritized backlogs, decision/issue logs, and test/validation coordination plans Develop a reusable documentation repository, operating procedures, data definition inventory, and onboarding materials
Requirements:
5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience Proven experience with requirements gathering and documentation Strong background in stakeholder management andmunication Experience with data and analytics delivery Experience with governance and process design Desired skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or Power BI Experience with Compensation, HR, or Financial Services data Pay range: $60.94 - $68.94 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
