Job Description

SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for promoting, selling, and managing all Treasury Services relationships, including business online banking (BOB), remote deposit capture and merchant services. Additional responsibilities include, analyzing customer and prospect needs to prepare formal proposals presenting the Bank's Treasury products and services in a solutions-based format; delivering the Bank's Right By You quality customer service to each customer; conducting periodic sales and product training to the Bank's branch representatives and ensuring continued growth and success in this division of the Bank, which will be accomplished through effective leadership, teamwork, and communication that is timely and consistent.

50% Responsible for the Treasury Services sales activities (cash management and merchant services) of new and existing business customers. Proactively analyze accounts and deliver needs-based solutions to existing and prospective customers that are cost-benefit driven. Deal with complex customers along with possessing and utilizing exceptional organizational time management skills. Develop additional business through calling on prospects and targets. Responsible for identifying additional sales opportunities.20% Work with Business Development Officers and Branch Managers to coordinate the sales strategies to support revenue growth and business development efforts. Serve as Treasury Services Subject Matter Expert for all Branch associates.10% Develop and lead product and sales training either in-branch or via webinar periodically throughout the year.20% Attain a revenue goal with regards to profitability for new merchant accounts closed, referrals received and acted on from branches in region(s), new BOB (Business Online Banking) relationships closed, customer retention rate of combined merchant and cash management customers per region, and cross-sale referrals and activities to the branches for deposits, loans etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with 4 years of treasury services or business banking sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive knowledge of all Treasury Services products and services. Knowledge of the Bank's policies, procedures, and operations. Ability to travel throughout the footprint of the Bank.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
