Position Summary Click n' Close is seeking an Entry‑Level Business Analyst to support operational, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across the Loan Servicing Division. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate who is interested in learning how data, systems, and business processes work together in a regulated, fast‑paced environment. The analyst will partner with operations leaders, other analysts, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze data, document processes, and support ongoing initiatives related to servicing operations, call center performance, and system enhancements. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering, documenting, and maintaining business requirements for operational and system‑related initiatives
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
• Support documentation of workflows, procedures, and controls used by Loan Administration, Call Center, and Payment Processing teams
• Prepare reports, summaries, and basic dashboards to support leadership and operational decision‑making
• Participate in working sessions and meetings to capture requirements, notes, and action items
• Partner with senior business analysts on projects related to system migrations, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiency
• Perform quality checks to ensure business requirements and solutions are accurate and complete
• Perform departmental tasks as needed to support operational priorities and business initiatives
• Adapt fluidly to shifting business needs by supporting cross-functional initiatives and embracing new responsibilities as they arise. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications
• Recent college graduate or up to one year of relevant internship or entry‑level experience
• Proficiency with Power BI or similar reporting and data visualization tools
• Experience with or exposure to artificial intelligence tools, automation, or AI‑supported analysis
• Familiarity with reporting tools, data analysis, or business intelligence concepts is a plus

Pay:

$24.03 - $26.44 per hour
