Business Systems Analyst

Overview We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the analysis, implementation, and optimization of business systems and enterprise applications. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers to gather requirements, support system implementations, and ensure solutions align with operational needs. The ideal candidate has experience working with ERP systems, business process analysis, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful system delivery and adoption.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements.

Translate business needs into system specifications and support the configuration or enhancement of enterprise systems.

Support ERP system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

Facilitate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case development, execution, and issue tracking.

Document business processes, workflows, and system functionality to support operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.

Work with IT and development teams to troubleshoot system issues and support resolution.

Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.

Support data validation, system integrations, and reporting needs related to enterprise applications.

Communicate project updates, risks, and requirements with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
